Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
